Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
A delicious smoothie bowl that tastes like a peanut butter cup, but is better for you!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 of a frozen avocado
- 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk can be sweetened or unsweetened, your choice
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 2 tsp honey
Add smoothie ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Add ice for a thicker consistency.
Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings.
My favorite toppings are sliced banana, mini chocolate chips, almond butter, and walnuts.
Other great topping options: berries, nuts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, granola, peanut butter, drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
