  • Garnish with watermelon wedges and cocktail umbrellas if you're really feeling fancy!

If you do not have TJ's Organic Jalapeño Limeade, increase fresh lime juice to 3 ounces per 2 cocktails, and use 2 ounces Jalapeño simple syrup per 2 cocktails.

Jalapeño Simple Syrup

Add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar to a small saucepan. Slice 1 jalapeño and add it to the pan. If you want less heat in your margaritas, remove the ribs and seeds from the jalapeño before adding to the pan.
Simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Cool, strain the jalapeño syrup into a mason jar or container with a lid, then refrigerate.
This will make enough syrup for several margaritas, so you can easily keep it in your fridge for more cocktails another night.
