This energizing strawberry mango smoothie makes the perfect healthy breakfast, or an afternoon snack when you need a midday day energy boost.
Ingredients:
-frozen strawberries
-frozen mango
-half a frozen banana
-macadamia nuts
-milk (I used almond milk)
-protein powder or supplements of choice (optional)
I added energizing NAKED Reds to my smoothie to combat the afternoon energy slump.
I used my NutriBullet for this smoothie because it was convenient to use a separate blending cup for each of the two different layers, but any high-speed blender will work.
