Spring is the perfect time to add a little extra brightness to your home decor.  Using lanterns is fun and stylish.

Lanterns are great for seasonal decorating. No matter what your decor style , using lanterns is a great way to switch up your decor for the different holidays and seasons.

I started with a tall glass lantern and tucked in a grey color bunny and some basket filler. The light strands were a nice contrast to the darker colors of the lantern & rabbit.

In the smaller lantern, I added a white carved wood Easter bunny.

In this lantern, I used crinkled paper cuttings made from vintage sheet music. It’s a beautiful way to make your own Easter grass that is so unique!

For the carrots on top, I cut apart a garland and tied them on to the lantern.

I used a tin pitcher & filled it with a couple of pussy willow stems, as well as some spring flowers and a bit of greenery.

I used an upcycled ivory colored serving tray to hold my lantern display.

My lantern display looks so nice on my Pottery Barn dresser upcycle.  I'm using it as a console table.
