This Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Bowl is my favorite quick breakfast right now.

Ingredients: -frozen bananas -peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) -unsweetened cocoa powder --milk (I used almond milk) -protein powder or supplements of choice (optional)

I added NAKED Nutrition Chocolate Ella to my smoothie from their new women's health line.  It's designed to support healthy hair, skin and nails.

I used my NutriBullet and blended the ingredients together until they were a smooth, thick consistency.

Add toppings such as sliced fresh banana, walnuts, chocolate chips, granola, and a drizzle of melted peanut butter.

This delicious chocolate smoothie bowl is a great way to start your day. It's also a nice light lunch or afternoon snack.
