Sundays on Silverado #93

Life Lately

After a little setback and a couple of rough days, I’m feeling a better, at just over 2 weeks post-op. The doctor says 6 weeks is the full recovery time, during which my activities should still be very limited. I’ll start physical therapy at the 6-week mark, and I have high hopes that will make a big difference. 🤞🏻

This is such a hard time of year to be “down and out” because one of my very favorite things to do is plant my flowers and garden.

I’m so lucky to have such a sweet and hard-working husband though, who patiently followed my instructions and planted all my flowers for me as I watched. I’m hoping in a week or two I’ll at least be able to water and tend to them.

In Case You Missed It…

I have a couple of different glass cloches and a terrarium, and I love using them to create simple seasonal decor for my home. Check out THIS POST to see all the details.

  1. Niky, I am glad that you are recovering well and your husband is taking great care of you. I have no problem resting and relaxing until I am forced to rest and relax then it becomes like torture! Hang in there!
