Life Lately
Snow, snow, and more snow is the story around here lately. Our sweet Evie had her winter dance recital last weekend, and of course, we got another heavy snow overnight, making it stressful for a bit about whether we’d make it or not.
Thankfully, we made it in time to see our amazing girl take the stage with a huge smile on her face, as usual.

Little brother Hayden was enthralled with the show and did a great job watching and clapping!
More snow again this weekend has us home catching up on our Christmas to-do list.

The package inspector stopped by to make sure I was doing a good job. 🐾
December 12 marked one whole year since we brought Penny Puppy home from the shelter. It’s hard to imagine life without her now.

We’re still considering taking her to get a photo with Santa, but the weather and time have not been on our side, so in case we don’t make it, AI helped me out.

Pretty cute, right? If you want to make your own, you can check out my AI Art tutorial HERE.
In Case You Missed It…
Making “new” holiday decor using things you already have is fun and economical, too. Here are a couple of Christmas wreaths I’ve made using mostly upcycled and thrifted supplies.

That photo of Penny with Santa is precious! This may be a duplicate post so, if so, please excuse… I’m running on all cylinders as we hosted our Littles and their mom and dad for five days. We celebrated Christmas early since our Little L will celebrate her 4th birthday on New Year’s Day and we’ll head that way then. It’s been a whirlwind (in the best possible way) and I know you can relate! If I missed commenting earlier, thank you for including our “Favorite Traditions” post in your features – and for providing inspiration, too! Have a wonderful week!
Oh boy, Laura, you have a busy holiday season, too! Yes, I can relate since we have two little’s birthdays on November 24 and December 28!
I bet those 5 days were wonderful!
Happy holidays!
Thank you for hosting!
Hi there , Niky, thank you for this linkup. Enjoy and have a fun day, but send some snow over, I do not mind it

It looks like you are enjoying the run up to Christmas. No snow over here, but plenty of rain!
