Life Lately

Any guesses as to where Penny Puppy spent the last two weeks of her vacation?

After making our way through the Great Smoky Mountains and then east to Savannah for a couple of days, we headed due south toward palm trees, blue skies, and warm weather…. and landed at Walt Disney World’s Fort Wilderness Campground!

I’ve been to Disney World many, many times. It’s my happy place.

It’s the place I used to take my kids when they were little, so we could let the real world slip away for a while. Some of my most powerful core memories of pure joy are with my kids at Disney World. I’d go back a million times if I could, just to relive those memories.

I hope I can come back someday with Evie and Hayden. That’s the current dream I’m hanging onto.

I have a lot of fun pics of our nearly two weeks in WDW, so I’m thinking I might make a separate post. Stay tuned.
