Life Lately
Well, it seems like each week lately that I’m writing a Sundays on Silverado post, I have yet another snow storm or blizzard to report, and this week is no different. 😫
You may have seen this picture reported on the national news. This is I-80 that runs through the middle of Iowa.

Shockingly, we did not get a snow day out of this one, though. I wouldn’t want to be the one in charge of making the call about school vs. no school, but it was pretty clear they blew it this time. 😫
DIY BLOG HOP
I’m bringing you Sundays on Silverado a day early again, because tomorrow is the February installment of the DIY Blog Hop! This month’s theme is a “build” project, and my creation is this DIY Farmhouse Coffee Cup Stand. I can’t wait to show you how I made it, and tell you why it’s special to me. Be sure to come back tomorrow to see this, plus several other really cool projects by other talented bloggers!

The Weekly Features!

I’ve had so much fun decorating my own tiered trays this year for all the holidays, seasons, and occasions, so when I saw several lovely tiered tray ideas shared in this week’s party, I knew they needed to be featured!
Valentine’s Dessert Buffet | The Crowned Goat
Coco’s entire Valentine table is stunning. Pink is my favorite color, and I adore how she used it in most of the elements of this pretty table. The three-tiered Valentine’s dessert centerpiece is the showstopper!

A Kitchen Full of Love | My Home of All Seasons
Visit My Home of All Seasons to see this adorable tiered tray, and then check out Denise’s entire kitchen full of Valentine details. Plus, make sure you check out the free printables library. The “I will love you till the cows come home”, is one of my new favorites, but I’ve downloaded several others over the past few months. So much cuteness.

Pink Valentine Dining Room | Debbie-Dabble
If you haven’t visited Debbie’s blog you are missing out. She goes all out every single season, decorating every room of her house, and I am always amazed at her creativity. Her Valentine’s tiered tray is so sweet. 💕

I love how verstaile tiered trays are, and how they can be used for home decor, to display keepsakes and momentos, to serve treats and goodies, or even for hot cocoa or coffee bars!
Thanks for sharing these lovely tiered trays with us Coco, Debbie, and Denise! They’ve all been pinned to the Sundays on Silverado Pinterest Board. ❤️

Here is my most recent tiered tray for Valentine’s Day. You can find all my tiered tray designs HERE.

I have seen several multi car pile ups this week due to snow. My son and his girlfriend are coming back from Cheyenne and right into a horrible storm through mountain passes.
Thank you for sharing your tiered trays this week on Wonderful Wednesday. They will be featured this week, be sure to stop by and share again!
Thank you so much for including my Valentine dessert tablescape and treat tower, Niky, I really appreciate it. All the ones you have featured are so fun and festive. I’m always amazed at how easy they are to put together which is definitely something we could all use right now 🙂 Sending you hugs for a happy week, CoCo
That is so very crazy. Wow, hope no one was injured. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
Wow! That looks like a mess. We have had tons of snow lately but the schools have all either been cancelling or planning on 2 hour delays.
Well now, ya’ll have some snow! We might get some this week, and no doubt they will close the schools if there is a 1/4 of an inch. We are all enjoying this winter weather. Have a great week and thanks for the party!

Wowza, you’ve had such a lot of snow! We had a little last week but it’s all gone now. We may get a little more this coming week but I don’t think we are close to what you’ve had!
Thanks for hosting, have a good week.
Each tiered tray was cuter than the last! Thanks for hosting this week.
ps, Please send snow my way!
We got about a foot of snow. At least it’s pretty!
I would gladly share some of this white mess. Wish I could send it ALL your way! 🙂
Yikes, that looks nasty! We woke up this morning to temperatures of -33C (-27F). I’ve declared today a pajama day, wrapped in a throw by the fire, watching movies day. Brrrrr
It’s cold here, too, but not quite THAT cold! I think a pj day is a GREAT idea!
Thanks so much for the feature!! And thanks for your kind words too!! I gave you a Shout Out on Face Book and will do so in my next post too!! Thanks for hosting such a lovely party each week!!! Stay safe, healthy and happy!!
Hugs,
Deb
Thank you Niky, and wow, I know you must be getting tired of snow! I am going to stop complaining about winter now, because we have it very easy in Alabama, I can’t imagine dealing with snow like that all winter long. I love love tiered trays, these are all adorable 🙂
I have so wished for snow. But where I am it’s a rare thing these days. Today is the first day we have seen any, but I’m not sure it will settle.
Thanks for hosting as always… Stay safe xx
Thanks for hosting each week Niky and I so appreciate being included in your features! I’ve been seeing the storms up there on the news. Our mountains are getting pounded but we have had nothing but dustings here in Denver this year. Stay safe and have a great week ahead!
Oh my that highway shot is way too frequent this time of year. Take care on the roads up your way. Love those fun tiered trays, thanks so much for hosting each week!
Thanks for letting us party with you each week!
Ohmy gosh Niky – I hope you didn’t have to go out in that snow storm! Decorating Valentine’s trays is way more fun! Thanks so much for hosting this great party. I hope your next week is snow storm free!
OMG the snow! We have yet to get much here in Montana…thanks so for hosting. Have a great week, and stay safe.
