Life Lately

I’m behind a bit (a lot) on things around here. We’re just returning from a fun trip to Niagra Falls and Canada. I will share some more with you next week when I get my act together.

I shared my recipe for this scrumptious Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread this week. I still have a couple of zucchini hanging out in my fridge that needed to be used up, and I managed to freeze some shredded zucchini too, for use later this fall and winter. You can find the recipe HERE.
