Life Lately
It was a busy week around here because of the Thanksgiving holiday and sweet little Evie’s 2nd birthday.
My daughter and son-in-law are just putting the finishing touches on their marathon home addition in the nick of time before baby brother arrives in a few weeks!
They hosted the whole family at their home for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner/Birthday party!

Our little Evie is an avocado lover, so an avocado theme and this adorable shirt were perfect for a 2nd birthday party.
If you’ve been a reader for some time, you know how Evie’s story started. She still attends physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy weekly, but also music class, dance class, and swimming lessons! Each new accomplishment is a testament to what a true miracle she is.
We love you so much Evelynn Irene, and we have so, so much to be thankful for.

In Case You Missed It…
I worked with Fareway to create this snack mix made with Chex Cereal and Planters Mixed Nuts.
I took it to Thanksgiving dinner and the bowl was empty when it was time to come home. It’s definitely a crowd-pleaser!

I’m a few months behind you on the Grand journey as my “Little L” – Lucy – turns two on New Year’s Day and her mommy and daddy recently shared that they are expecting their #2 (and ours) in May!
