Sundays on Silverado #123

Life Lately

My daughter and son-in-law had a charity ball to go to Saturday night, so we were happy, of course, to drive up for the weekend so we could babysit Baby Evie.

They had a lovely date night, and my husband and I had so much fun introducing Evelynn to some Christmas classics. Frosty the Snowman was her favorite! She clapped, and bounced, and kicked her feet to the music. ☃️

On Sunday morning we went with her to meet the Grinch and see some live reindeer. The picture makes me laugh because she reminds me of Randy from A Christmas Story when he’s all bundled up, “I can’t put my arms down!” 🤣

It’s so fun to experience these little Christmas joys through the eyes of this tiny miracle. What a blessing she is to our family.

In Case You Missed It…

I made this pretty cardinal wreath out of upcycled materials I already had. You can read more about it HERE.

We went to a flea market and I came home with a stack vintage Christmas cards from the early 1900s. You can see HERE how I have them displayed in my home.

This week I shared my favorite Prime finds of the year! If you still have some shopping to do, there are some great gift ideas included.
