Life Lately
Baby Evie
You guys, just look at this little miracle.

Using both hands to reach for bubbles (she’s been working in therapy on the left one because she doesn’t use it as much), and posing for the camera with that smile that melts our hearts.
The bunny robe one is my current favorite picture.
She’s not crawling or walking yet, but she’s got some strong little legs. In this pic, she’s leaning slightly on the headboard of the bed just long enough for her mama to snap this pic.
I have THIS WiFi Skylight frame in my room at school, and I love getting picture surprises throughout the day.
Baby Skunks

We also have five baby skunks and their mama living in the back part of our property.
We have THIS Spartan Wireless Trail Cam that allows us to catch pics and videos of them that are sent directly to our phones.
The videos are so funny of this poor mama skunk trying to keep her rowdy bunch in order.
My husband has been very cautious when he goes out to mow, so he doesn’t get skunked!
In Case You Missed It…
The monthly Prime Purchases post went up this week. You can check out what I’ve been Priming HERE. Plus, I linked up some of my favorite fall finds as well!

The Weekly Features!
Have you started decorating for fall yet? We’ve been so busy lately, that I’ve been working in little bits here and there, rather than one big marathon decorating day.
I love to browse other people’s beautiful decor ideas though. There were so many inspiring links this week!
Calypso in the Country’s Shelly is already getting out all her pretty fall decor and centerpieces. They are beautiful.
Julie over at My Wee Abode shared her neutral fall cloche. I love to decorate with my glass cloche for all the seasons and holidays, and Julie’s is so pretty.
Carol from Bluesky at Home showed how to make a pretty burlap and fabric banner. I have one almost exactly like it and seeing Carol’s reminded me that I want to get it out!
And finally, Creatively Beth shared an adorable book pumpkin, which reminded me that I have picked up several old books from various thrift shops the last couple of years, with the intent to make a project with them. I need to get busy!
Thanks for sharing your amazing ideas, friends. All features have been pinned to the Sundays on Silverado Pinterest Board!
PS. While it’s certainly not a requirement, I’d love it if you link back to The House on Silverado. ❤️

Let’s stay in touch! You can subscribe to The House on Silverado, and follow on social media, so you won’t miss a thing!

Your baby looks so cute reaching out for the bubbles. Its been fun seeing everyone’s fall or Autumn (as we call it) decor. I love how you guys decorate for the seasons and the holidays. We are enjoying the early days of spring here in Australia and I am so excited about the warmer weather. Have a great weekend!
Dying over that sweet bunny robe! I know I say this every week but it just amazes me how much she has gown and changed and thrived these past few months. It’s like watching a miracle each week! Hugs and thanks for hosting, CoCo
Awww, thank you so much, CoCo. She definitely is our little miracle. She is growing and learning new things each day. Sometimes, I can hardly stand to look at the pictures of her with so many tubes and monitors. She’s come such a long way. ❤️
Thanks for hosting!
Thanks for hosting a fabulous party!! Visited several links – and found new blogs to follow. I shared a couple posts from both my blogs. I appreciate the time you spend for us to share. Thanks.
Thank you for featuring my DIY Book Page Pumpkin project this week, Niky! Have a great week! Creatively, Beth
You’re welcome, Beth. Thanks so much for sharing!
More good news about your Evie!
Sweet Evie is getting so big! What wonderful photos. I love the one in her bunny robe, too. What a joyful girl she is! And I bet watching that mama skunk with her babies is really fun! Thanks for hosting such a fun party!
Shelbee
Your little Granddaughter looks like a little doll in that robe, cutest ever! Thanks so much for the party and have a great week!
Miz Helen
I love the baby Evie updates. She’s such a sweet miracle! Also – thanks so much for including my fall decor in your features! Have a great week!
Shelley
Your Evie pics are always wonderful. And oh funny, those little skunks are so cute. We have a lot of critters around including an almost all white skunk that we call the “ghost”, because at night all you see is the white bits floating around. Fun to watch, not to smell! Thanks for hosting and have a great week!
Oh my gosh, I’d love to see an all-white skunk! Yes, the animals are so fun to watch around here, too! Thanks for stopping by, Debra. 🙂
