My Prime Finds for the Month
L’Oreal Professional Pro Longer
I order this on repeat. It’s great for smoothing split ends, combing out tangles, and as a heat protectant. It adds a bit of volume and fullness, and smells great!
KEDZIE Roundtrip Convertible Sling & Crossbody Bag
While we were on our trip to Niagra Falls last week, I wore this crossbody bag that I told you about a while back. It worked out great! Here you can see me wearing it:
I like that it remains close to my body for security, and it’s easy to get into. I’ve been wearing it for the past few weeks, and it’s perfect for running errands and being hands-free. In the grocery store, I don’t have to put my bag in the cart and keep an eye on it. My bag stays easily attached to me, worry-free.
But, while browsing the hotel gift shop, I came across this crossbody bag, pictured below. It’s a bit larger, and a bit “fancier” I think because of the pretty gold zippers and buckles.
I ended up buying it from the gift shop, because with the exchange rate in Canada, it was a tiny bit cheaper than Amazon. But when I got home, I also ordered another patterned strap for it, linked below.
I think it will be nice to have both of these bags for different purposes. Our next vacation is in Nashville, and I plan to take this bag with me. It has a slot in the back that will be perfect for sliding in my phone without having to unzip anything, but that slot would also work for a small water bottle. I can’t wait to try it out!

2-inch Wide Crossbody Strap
I ordered the “classic” pattern for my new crossbody, but it also comes in so many other fun patterns and colors!
BAGSMART TSA Approved Toiletry Bag, 2 Pack Clear
I got a set of these in black for the mister, and gray for me. They are TSA-approved as your “1 quart bag” for gels and liquids, but somehow they seem to hold a lot more than a quart ziploc bag? We used them on our recent Niagra trip and they worked out great.
Pot Scraper, 5 pieces
We used to have one of these from Pampered Chef, but somehow it got lost. They work great for cleaning stuck-on food on pots and baking sheets without scratching, and for taking sticky price tags and labels off things without damaging your nails.
Edison Bulbs
The pendant lights over my kitchen island are clear glass, so I like a pretty bulb in them. These make plenty of warm white light that is nice and bright, not yellow like some Edison bulbs I’ve seen. Pretty and functional.
