I’m linking up with Tanya again for our montly great Amazon Prime finds, and I have quite a few this month! Scroll down to check them all out!

Safavieh Madison Collection Vintage Distressed Runner, 2′ 3″ x 8′, Silver/Grey

This is one of my favorite finds on Amazon Prime this month! It looks so beautiful in my kitchen. The colors are spot on, and the quality is great. It’s from Safavieh, which is the brand of most of the rugs in my house.

The only trouble was that it’s located in a high traffic area of my kitchen, and as you can see in the photo below, the corners just wouldn’t quite lay down flat. Rug Grippers to the rescue! You can see the ones I bought below, and they solved the problem perfectly.

Rug Gripper, 10 Pcs Double Sided Anti Curling Non Slip Reusable Rug Tape/Pad, Washable for Hardwood Floors, Tile Floors, Carpets

These grippy little corner pieces attach to the back of the rug, and hold it tightly in place on the floor. The rug can still be lifted for cleaning or vacuuming as needed though. Now I don’t have to worry about the rug sliding around or anyone slipping or tripping. Problem solved.

LIVEBOX Round Area Rug, 4ft

You probably saw me write about this rug earlier this month in my Bathroom Update post. I’m still loving this soft and pretty rug.

Olde Thompson 7″ Copper plated-Pepper mill & salt shaker set, 7″

Is it possible to be in love with S&P shakers? Because I think I might be. 💕 😂 This copper plated shaker/grinder set adds such a beautiful little sparkle to my kitchen, and I love the way the copper stands out against my white, subway tile backsplash.

Woven Felt Dog Storage Basket – Light Grey

This is the perfect basket for a little extra organizing. I’m using it in the master closet, but it is so versatile and pretty, you could put it anywhere. Kid or dog toys? Extra blankets or throws in your living room? Shoes? Magazines?

Winter Beanie w/Visor & Earflaps for Men Outdoor Fleece Hat Scarf Set

I bought this hat and scarf set for my husband to wear when he’s out clearing snow from the driveway, which we’ve had waaaaay too much of already. It comes down over the back of the neck, has flaps to cover his ears, and the scarf fits tightly around the neck, but can be pulled up over the mouth and nose too, if it’s really cold. It’s well-made and so soft on the inside. For less than $18 dollars for the set, this is a steal.

In fact, I liked it so much, I went back and bought the light gray set for me after his arrived. The Amazon listing says “men’s”, but the tag on the actual product says “unisex”. I’ve worn mine already for a couple of cold, wintery walks and it’s perfect for staying snug warm.

Charger Dock Compatible with Garmin Premium Base Station

I got my hubs the Garmin 6X Pro watch for Christmas, and then this charging stand for his birthday. He keeps it in the bathroom cabinet, where he can pop his watch for an overnight charge.

Football Team Face Mask 2 Pack Washable with 4 Filters

I also got these as a gift for my husband. We both are kind of picky about the masks we prefer and how they fit. He likes these because they fit snuggly without being too tight and annoying. Plus, they come with a filter that slips into a pocket inside, so it provides extra layers of filtering, especially now that double-masking is suggested. 😫 They come in a variety of team choices, just in case you’re not a Bears fan. 😂

Lighting Kit with Tripod Stand & Color Filter

I bought this light kit to combat the dark evenings when I’m trying to take food photos. Hoping to up my photography game a bit. We shall see.

Peet’s Coffee Dark Roast Single Serve KCup, Chalet Blend, 60 Count

I’m a big fan of Peet’s Major Dickason’s Blend coffee. I order a box just about every month. So when I saw this new-to-me variety, Chalet Blend, I knew I had to give it a try. It’s a “winter blend”, and super good as well.

Kauai Coffee Single-Serve Pods, Na Pali Coast Dark Roast – 100% Arabica Coffee from Hawaii’s Largest Coffee Grower

This is a regular purchase for us as well, ever since we honeymooned in Hawaii and visited the Kauai Coffee plantation. One of our very favorite coffees.

Rand McNally 2021 Road Atlas & National Park Guide (Rand McNally Road Atlas)

We are in the process of planning an epic roadtrip this summer, across multiple states, with stops at many National Parks. Some of the locations are fairly remote, and we were concerned we may not be able to rely on cell service to use Google Maps. Therefore, having a good, old-fashioned road atlas seems like a good idea. When I went online to order it, I was suprised to see how many different varieties could be purchased. “Scenic Drives Road Atlas“, “Adventures Road Atlas“, “Large Scale Road Atlas“, “Road Atlas with Protective Vinyl Cover“, and many, many other options. Who knew there were so many choices?

Anyway, when I saw there was a road atlas that included a National Park Guide, I was thrilled. This is like a two-for-one deal! Just browsing through it is starting to ignite my travel fever again, after so many trips had to be cancelled this past year. Since my husband is already vaccinated, and I will be soon, we are ready to venture out again.

I bought THIS National Parks Passport book in Volcanoes National Park on the Big Island of Hawaii, and I’m so excited to take it with us on this trip and get some more stamps in our quest to visit more national parks.

On a side note, if you’ve been to any of the national parks in South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, or Colorado and have advice for us, I’d LOVE to hear it. This is a 3k+ miles trip for us over the course of 3 weeks, and our plan it to hit up as many national parks, monuments, memorials and historical sites as we can!

If you have tips for lodging, dining, packing, not-to-miss stops, etc, please drop me an email or comment! 🚙 ⛰ 🌲 🇺🇸 🐃 🌄 🦅

And, if you have great Amazon Prime finds of your own, I’d love to hear about those, too!

  1. I have the Natl park passport and love it. I recently also bought the larger version to put the stickers in. I’m putting the atlas on my shopping list. Thanks for linking up.

  2. Thank you SO much for sharing the rug grippers! I need them for my living room rug. We weighted it down but there’s one corner that just doesn’t stay down properly.
