Creating lovely spring decor for your home does not have to be complicated. Today I’m sharing some ideas for decorating with glass cloches that you can accomplish in a matter of minutes!
How to Decorate with Glass Cloches
This look works great for spring, and transitions nicely into summer as well.
Plus, it requires only a few items to create. You may even be able to use things you already have around your home!

To create this spring glass cloche I used just 5 items:
- A glass cloche or terrarium
- A faux mini boxwood wreath
- A mini bird’s nest
- A small, white ceramic bird
- A cupcake pedestal

It was so simple and easy to put together with things I already had, yet it creates such a pretty little spring vignette for this side table in my great room.
I got my rustic glass cloche/terrarium at a shop in Kansas City’s West Bottoms, but I’ve linked some alternatives at the bottom of this post.

Other items that would work well in your glass cloche might include:
- a candle
- a Willow Tree Angel or another type of figurine
- faux flowers
- a vintage teacup
- a rustic wooden sign
- farmhouse wooden beads
- a succulent
- mini faux potted plants
Once you have a cloche (or two 🤪), there are so many fun ways to decorate with them.
Here are a few ways I’ve used mine:

Update: Here is a winter-themed glass cloche I created to help with the transition between Christmas and spring decor. I just used a handful of bottle brush trees and some fairy lights.
Easy-peasy and it couldn’t be cuter! Plus, we get to enjoy the warm glow of white lights a bit longer.
