Our inspiration this month comes from Kelly Nan’s beautifully lit Christmas home. Her holiday table is stunning! As soon as I saw it, I was excited to create my own version of it!

Candlelight Christmas Centerpiece
Silver & Gold
“Silver and gold
Silver and gold
Everyone wishes
For silver and gold…” – Burl Ives
I decorated in a mostly silver & gold color scheme this year, so I gathered up as many Christmas bulbs that I had in those colors from my (way-too-large) Christmas stash.
I hung some from the chandelier above the table and scattered some throughout the greenery. I even placed a few on top of the crystal candlesticks that weren’t holding a candle.

I love every opportunity I have to use my collection of vintage crystal candlesticks, and they were a perfect fit for this centerpiece.
I have two sets of these flickering flameless taper candles and I use them all the time! They can be turned on and off with a remote, and set to stay on for 2, 4, or 6 hours before shutting off automatically and coming on at the same time again the next night!
They look so realistic. One set even has “dripping” wax.

I have had this battery-operated mercury glass tree for years. It looks pretty on an antique glass cake stand to add some height to the middle of the table.

Can’t you just picture a cozy, candlelit holiday dinner, gathered at the table around this glowing centerpiece?
This would be gorgeous for Christmas dinner, but also lovely for a New Year’s Eve dinner.

This is all so pretty, Niky! I love that you used the vintage candlestick holders and the mercury glass tree looks stunning on your cake stand too. We bought the remote-controlled candles based on your recommendation a while ago and we love them. They’re so easy to use and it’s nice to not have to worry about forgetting to blow the flames out. I hope you and your family have an amazing holiday season. Big hugs, CoCo
Thank you so much, CoCo. I’m pleased you’re enjoying the candles as much as we do! I have them on my table and mantel right now, too.I love that I don’t have to worry about them getting too close to the TV and damaging it. Thanks for stopping by. :-)
